Deity recorded on the White Chapel: 'decree made by Horus before Inebhedj' (?)

Note: the main deities associated with this province are the god Ptah at Memphis, with the goddess Sekhmet as his consort, and the god Nefertem as the divine child in the group, and then the goddess Hathor at Memphis, with the epithet 'of the southern sycamore'.

Inebhedj/Mennefer (Greek Memphis, Arabic Mit Rahina)

• temple of Ptah (not located under modern town)
• temple of Hathor (main temple not located: smaller shrine south of Mit Rahina partly preserved but crumbling in exposure)
• temples for cults of kings (Ramesses II, from Amenhotep III?: lower walls, statue bases, blocks)
