Provincial Administration in the New Kingdom (about 1550-1069 BC)

Essentially the administration of the provinces seems to have been organised as in the late Middle Kingdom. Towns and cities are the centres of local administration of the New Kingdom. Each important town had its mayor (HAti-a).
